One of my buyers calculated that the density of these ceramic pads is about 3.5-3.7 g/cc, which is in between BeO and AlO. The weight of one pad is approximately 5.5g. But a couple of buyers said they are Aluminum Oxide (AlO). The factory which made them was known to use only BeO at the time they were produced. My supplier and a few tests I personally made in 2012 suggested they should be Beryllium oxide (BeO).
